Mary Elizabeth Roberts

Mary Elizabeth Roberts, age 75, of Bristol, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024. She was born on January 15, 1949, to the late Robert and Jeannetta Fulton. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Edward Roberts, Jr.; brothers, Frances Fulton, Ivan Fulton, Harry Fulton, and Junior Fulton; sisters, Carolyn Fulton and Nancy Louise Fulton; and grandchild, Thomas Roberts.Mary worked as a CNA for Masonic Homes in Maryland and Upjohn in Tennessee. She attended Cherry Grove Church in Reidsville, North Carolina. Mary enjoyed camping and swimming. She had an outgoing personality. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Carolyn Roberts (David Huggard); grandchildren, Robert Shankel, Carolyn Davis, and Ashley Roberts; several great grandchildren; brother, Richard Oliver; many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and nurses of Bristol Regional Medical Center for all the kind and compassionate care shown to Mary during her time of need.Online condolences for the family may be sent and viewed by visiting www.BlevinsCares.com.
