Timothy Brian Salyer

Timothy "Tim" Brian Salyer, age 59, of Bristol, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024. He was born on August 22, 1964 to the late Glen and Laura Salyer.Tim, also known as "Slappy", worked for HVAC, Inc., in Bristol, TN for eleven years. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting, and fishing. Tim had an extroverted personality and enjoyed making new friends. He lived life on his own terms and was always up for adventure. He will be dearly missed.Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Robin Susie Owens (Bryan); nieces and nephews, Jordan King, Jasmine King, Bradley Owens, Brysan Owens, and Braydan Owens; great nieces and nephews, Harper King and Brenan King; special friends, Chris and Betty Carrier; and a host of friends.A memorial service will be held at a later date.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Tim.The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and doctors of Johnson City Medical Center for all the kind and compassionate care shown to Tim during his time of need.Online condolences for the family may be sent and viewed by visiting www.BlevinsCares.com.
