Vicki Diane Gragg, age 65, of Bluff City, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024. She was born on October 15, 1958 to the late Bobby and Jane Seats. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her ex-husband, Douglas Dwayne Gragg and brother, Robby Darren Seats.Vicki was a creative woman with a talent for sewing. Vicki is remembered as being a provider for her family and having an outspoken personality. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
